Overview

BlueJeans Room is a cloud-connected video room system that combines video conference and screen share solutions into the platform. It makes any conference room or huddle space a one-touch meeting place that's easy to use.

My role

As a lead product designer from 2016 to 2018, I worked on two exciting projects: BlueJeans Rooms and Dolby Voice Rooms, dedicated to connecting people through video conference meetings. Over six months, I spearheaded the design and development efforts for the app's relaunch, followed by another six months of dedicated work on the Dolby conference room project.

My primary responsibility was crafting streamlined video conference experiences for BlueJeans and Dolby conference rooms. My ultimate goal was to empower users with a seamless and intuitive video conference room system. By carefully designing each element, I sought to simplify the entire video conferencing process, making it effortless for users to connect, communicate, and collaborate with ease. Together, we aimed to redefine how people interact and engage in the dynamic world of video conferencing, creating a user-centric experience for all.
