Pricing management tool

Overview

WeWork pricing tool that aims to enable pricing administrators across the Finance, Sales, and Operations organizations to maximize revenue by developing the most optimal pricing of WeWork assets. Our mission aims to be the single source of truth for product and pricing service pricing.

Problem space

The common and repetitive tasks and the search process require a significant amount of time and mental effort. When searching for locations, they are sorted in the order of region, territory, and market, with no filtering or options to search specifically by market. Additionally, only the location of one market's building is displayed.

Task tracking and location overview at the same time

The significant difference between the old and new designs focuses on the new notification home page experience. Unlike the previous design that offered a shortcut experience, the revamped notification page now provides essential information and collaborative utilities for users to engage with their team members. This upgraded experience allows users to easily identify items that require attention, missing data, upcoming changes, and ongoing tasks.
